1. Questions / Improvements

Space 54 has moved out but remains unavailable for rent because the vehicle in Space 53 is still partially encroaching into Space 54.
A message was sent through the system requesting the vehicle owner contact Tucker to reposition the vehicle.
UPDATE: Space 54 has still not been re-parked correctly as of 07/06/2026 and remains marked unavailable.

2. Operations Summary

Revenue continues to outperform occupancy. June revenue finished 17% above June of last year and 2% above May despite lower occupancy, indicating the pricing adjustments are successfully increasing revenue per occupied space.
Restored Wi-Fi connectivity after Ayrmesh stopped working as expected.
Restored connection to two Blink Sync Modules.
Restored all cameras except three: BIG POLE KIRBY, BIG POLE NORTH, and ANGEL VIEW WEST.
Took and uploaded photos for move-ins.
Confirmed all available and moved-out spaces are empty.
Reported empty customer spaces in the system.
